Nogales CBP Officers Seize Marijuana Worth $943k

Nogales, Ariz. - A Mexican national was arrested yesterday at the Port of Nogales for attempting to smuggle nearly 1,900 pounds of drugs into the United States.U.S. Customs and Border Protection officers referred a 40-year-old Nogales, Sonora, Mexico resident for an additional inspection of the Freightliner tractor-trailer he was driving into the Mariposa Commercial Facility.
