The word is that S744 will pass the Senate.
According to Congressmen Goodlate from Virginia:
“‘Here’s the situation,’ Goodlatte explained. ‘It’s done in the Senate. He is saying that S744 will pass the Senate. I've been calling Senators almost every day since January. I feel like we should all brace ourselves. I'm beginning to believe it will pass.
