Justices to discuss their role at CSUB forum

A public forum will be held at Cal State Bakersfield today featuring justices with the 5th District Court of Appeal discussing the role of the court, judicial activism and judicial independence.


The event will begin at 3:30 p.m. at the CSUB Student Union multipurpose room.


It’s sponsored by the school Department of Political Science and co-sponsored by the school Pre-Law Club and CSUB Associated Students Inc.
