Sac County Supe's Ban Aggressive Begging; Aggressive Day Laborers OK
Sacramento county is poised to adopt a ban on panhandling. They are calling it a ban on aggressive panhandling, but how they will prove that I don't know. I had to take this opportunity to remind them of their hypocrisy on this matter in relation to the ordinance I proposed to curb aggressive illegal solicitation for underground economy employment by the day laborers.
