CBP Foils Huge Drug Smuggling Attempt

Tucson, Ariz. - Agents from CBP's Tucson Sector, Sonoita Border Patrol Station seized 6,153 pounds of marijuana yesterday worth more than $3 million.Agents responded to a call of two suspicious vehicles parked east of Patagonia, Ariz. At the scene, agents discovered two abandoned vehicles loaded with 604 bundles of marijuana. (more)
