The fact that Loughner smoked pot had no more to do with this incidence or his mental illness than the fact that he owned a gun had anything to do with it.

Always, always remember, especially all you folks out there who supported legislation for the "medical dispensaries", any war that you wish to continue against marijuana must confront these "medical marijuana" dispensaries. The only reason the "medical marijuana" dispensaries exist is to sell marijuana to people to get high. That is the only reason. There is no other reason.

Always, always remember the way these "medical marijuana" dispensaries work. You get some pet doctor to give you a license to get stoned on some pretext, migraines, joint pain, nausea, whatever and you can buy as much pot as you want for as long as you want at black market prices from dope dealers who have the official connections to get themselves set up.

These same doctors are the ones who decide who has mental illness. You can't get "medical marijuana" to treat mental illness, but don't be suprised if that's coming. You can, after all, get drugs to treat mental illness. And meanwhile all the rest of the people out there pretending to be sick in order to get a license to get stoned are not causing any problems. For every doctor who says that pot causes mental illness, you got another one, maybe two or three, issuing a pot smoking license for people on the thinnest of pretexts. These are real doctors who have decided they have nothing to worry about, as far as they are concerned it is like issuing a permit to get aspirin.
