Help Wanted! Forum Software Needs Upgrade

Our forum has suffered due to some corrupted files that prevent images from being displayed. We can upgrade to a more current version free, but we need someone with the experience to perform the upgrade.
In the alternative, the web host we use will do it, but the estimated costs are about $320.00
