We are not mean enough but then we come from a civilized nation.
Mexicans don't. They have always lived in a dump. Even General Grant didn't
want Mexico when he was there during the Mexican/American war. He thought Mexico stunk too badly!
He turned back and it took him 50 miles holding his nose to get the
scent of Mexico out of his nostrils. (true story)
