Nogales CBP Officers Seize Cocaine Worth $249K

Tucson, Ariz. - A 21-year-old female Mexican national was arrested Sunday for attempting to smuggle more than 27 pounds of cocaine, worth nearly $249,000, through the Dennis DeConcini Port of Entry in Nogales, Ariz.U.S. Customs and Border Protection officers selected a Volkswagen sedan for further inspection and found 10 packages of cocaine within all four doors of the vehicle.
