The mustache isn't really Hitler-esque. Graying of the hair kind of hides the bulk of it from a distance. Hitler committed suicide before his could go gray. It's probably a good thing too, because had he lived, I doubt he would fare well as an old man. Too much of an ego

If he hadn't commited suicide, he probably wouldn't have had too much opportunity to make it to old age. Most of cronies didn't, a hangman's rope made sure that didn't happen.

But of course it is a conspiracy theory that he never commited suicide, but left that to a double while he sneaked off to Argentina. Maybe he did see a few grey hairs.
