Page 50 Section 152 in HC bill: HC will be provided to ALL non-US citizens, illegal or otherwise.
Page 170 Lines 1-3 HC Bill: Any NONRESIDENT Alien is exempt from individual taxes.

Amnesty, or not....They'll still get treated by Our hospitals, and like always, We'll foot the bill as well.
