Obama's refusal to deport illegal aliens unconstitutional

US Constitution:

Article 2) section 1

"I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my Ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States."

Article 2) section 3

he (the president) shall take Care that the Laws be faithfully executed

By the Constitution, Obama doesn't get to pick and choose which laws are to be enforced. By directing the Justice Department to not enforce immigration law Obama is violating and degradating the Constitution.
