San Jose is one of those invader friendly cities who are now reaping the rewards of corruption.

Santa Clara County Deputy District Attorney John Chase said San Jose police officer Marco Ybarra and former officer Manual Villagrana were both arrested Tuesday on suspicion of grand theft following a nine-month investigation.
