Border Patrol Narcotics Seizures Exceed $1.3 Million

Tucson, Ariz. - During multiple seizures last week, Tucson Sector Border Patrol seized more than 2,500 pounds of narcotics valued in excess of $1.3 million.On January 25, at the Interstate 19 checkpoint near Tubac, Ariz., agents discovered six packaged bundles of crystal methamphetamine concealed around the waist and groin area of a male subject.
