San Luis, Ariz. - A Mexican national was arrested yesterday following a failed attempt to smuggle nearly 23 pounds of cocaine into the U.S. through the Port of San Luis, Ariz.Customs and Border Protection officers arrested a 24-year-old woman after a CBP narcotics detection canine alerted to the presence of drugs behind a speaker box in her Lincoln SUV.
