I'm not going to sign up for SACBEE, so I can't read the full article.
I guess it might have something to do with the Chinese keeping the Yen artificially low (thus screwing us with trade imbalance), but I don't trust either Geither's motivations or results of the international Monetary fund sticking their fingers into it.
