Dulles CBP Arrests Alleged Child Sex Offender
 

Sterling, Va. - U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) at Washington Dulles International Airport arrested a U.S. citizen Wednesday who was wanted by the Atascosa County, Texas Sheriff's Office for aggravated sexual assault of a child.Shilo Watts, 38, of Pleasanton, Texas, arrived on a flight from Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
