California's campaign finance watchdog is recommending a record ethics fine against Los Angeles Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa for failing to report free tickets to dozens of entertainment events

He did get a hefty fine, around $45,000 but no criminal charges. And this like so many other illegals things this mayor has done will quickly be forgotten by most.
