Default Why The Ballot Box Doesn't Work For Us

Another election period is upon us, and as usual, not many choices we really like. We tolerate some, but we don't usually like most of them. But that's a story we've already read many, many times, so today's commentary will not go down that path.
Instead, I want to point out why our side seldom wins at the ballot box. When I say "our side", I mean the patriot side that believes in constitutional adherence, fair play, and free enterprise, among other things. Our side never wins because we don't cheat. We don't cheat because we have faith, trust, and a conscience. Unfortunately our competition doesn't strive for such lofty, altruistic goals. They just like the winning, and high moral ground or noble principles are handicaps that tether them.

To the heart of the commentary here, ballot boxes are not stuffed per se, but what we have experienced in border security, interior enforcement, and visa overstays, is also happening in the elections process. Non-enforcement.
That's right; no one enforces election laws either. We all know about the Bob Dornan race where illegals were proven to have voted, and those illegals were never prosecuted, but this is, once again, not to the heart of this commentary. What is a big player in the election process that is related to non-enforcement is the rules of conduct. The government has a wing of bureaucracy, the Fair Political Practices Commission, that is supposed to keep the election process fair between candidates. But as mentioned earlier, they either don't do the job at all, or it comes way, way to late to be of any use or effectiveness. That's the way illegal immigration wins too. Although we do prosecute and deport the illegals eventually...sometimes...in the longrun we get anchor babies and chain immigration that accomplishes the same goal, but usually with different people. The mexicans get their way as a colony, but not necessarily the illegal who spawned during his or her unlawful presence.

In the case of the election system, those without conscience break all the rules of advertisement, spending, and reporting. The government doesn't pursue them until after they have swam upstream, laid their eggs in the fertile ponds of public office, and in many cases, after they are dead or arrested and in prison for other crimes committed after the fact.

You all know how I do public records research and all, and I monitor the courthouse here on a daily basis. Of late, the elections watchdogs, the FPPC for short, has been filing lawsuits against election committees that have failed to file reports, broken spending rules, transferred money improperly to their conniving betheren in other races, or just plain pocketed the money for personal use. Normally I'd be glad to see this, however my excitement and hopes were quickly dashed when I saw the dates and looked in to the candidates history

One example was a man of mexican heritage who was candidate for city council in a big city in Southern California. I don't see the point in naming him specifically because it will detract from the bigger issue, and because many of the FPPC cases filed against candidates lately are of latino/mexican persuasion. They also seem to be predominantly democrats. But anyway, this case filed against him has about 10 or 15 counts, and pretty much all of them occurred in 1997. Hell, that's nearly 15 years ago. this guy won, and why wouldn't he? He got a monetary advantage his competition was too proud and too principled to take. So he went on to office and there he spawned the usual democrat/liberal agenda that we've all come to despise. Getting back to the FPPC case though, not only is it about 15 years too late to be effective in creating fairness, but the councilman has been long convicted of other crimes while in office. So here we have this near worthless bureau of fairness now spending money in court to get judgements against committees to elect people that are long defunct. In this case, they are seeking $24,000.00, and it is likely that the crook that was at the core of the complaint actually cheated quadruple that, but the commission seeks only that that's easily proven. Doesn't really matter though, because the crook is never going to pay. I haven't checked, but he may still be in jail or prison.

This was just one of many cases filed here this past week that followed the same theme and pattern. You know what it proves? That cheating pays in elections. It also should highlight the uselessness of the FPPC, although since that commission was designed by politicians, and is most likely stacked with their cronies, it was probably meant to be a failure. In any case, we, those of us with a conscience, a sense of fairness, and faith are battling our counterparts with one hand and one leg tied together. And we wonder why these thieving peices of corrupt trash keep winning elections here in California. Wonder no more. The referee in this ring has been blinded, deafened, and distracted. And even those fouls that are detected don't get adjudicated until the next generation of contenders get in ring together, and start the same process over again, with predictable results that even the mob would honor

We're screwed unless we replace the referee

Default Sign of the times.

Consider the Florida incident. They were purging voter registration records of as much as 187,000 suspected illegal aliens. So what happens - ? Eric Holder. He steps in and orders a halt to it. On what basis ? Bait and switch, a complete distortion of the laws. And what does he want want? Of course he wants to leave them on the rolls so they can vote. I came to that conclusion yesterday. This morning on Fox news a black lady essentially said the same thing !!!!!!!!!!!!

Bill Clinton ordered a general amnesty back then for 3 million. Billy King, then Director of the Western Division of the INS said they could look out the windows and see the counterfeiters selling documents to the illegal alien people standing in line !

Remember Bob Dornan, California Congressman ? He lost his seat due to the allowance of illegal aliens to vote.

There is lots of basis for lamenting the deplorable situation there in California. It is dirty and corrupt. Of no apparent consolation is the fact that we here on the East Coast have just as many of those @#$%^&*) as you do in California.

Dornan didn't lose because illegals voted. The race was very close, and during the recount it was discovered that non-citizens voted, but even without those he lost by a narrow margin. What gripes me to no end is that those non-citizens were never prosecuted. In addition, even bob's republican party was telling him not to make a big deal out of this, and stop demanding they be charged.

Bill clinton actually legalized about 1 million probable votes for himself just prior to the election.

I don't know what goes on in florida, but I doubt we're getting the truth from anyone yet. The problem as I see it is that people are encouraged every possible way to vote, but there's little education about when you shouldn't, meaning if you are not a US citizen. You get the registration pitch at DMV, at the welfare office, on the streets, in the schools...everywhere. Holder wants to keep the floodgates open without checks and balances. Most states have registrars who follow that line of thinking, and purging any voters, even those who haven't voted in 20 years, and even if it would free up money to spend on improving the system entirely, is just too much of a risk. The risk being that the electorate will find out just how corrupt and wasteful the system is. You know what the consequences are over an electorate that loses faith in the elections process is? revolt becomes more likely.

By the way, this case came up this week also. a petition to force the county registrar to accept a voter registration. The county registrar recently investigated a case where they said a company backed by republicans was changing registrations without people's consent. Yeah...like the democrats haven't done that here also. But this voter made a big deal out of that to toss the issue back in her face:

MAY IT PLEASE THIS HONORABLE COURT: NOW COMES THOMAS L.
TRYBUS, PLAINTIFF, WHO RESPECTFULLY REQUESTS THAT HIS (EX PARTE)
PETITION TO COMPEL REGISTRAR TO ACCEPT AND FILE AFFIDAVIT OF
REGISTRATION BY VOTER FOR THE JUNE 5, 2012 PRESIDENTIAL PRIMARY
ELECTION AND DECLARATION OF PETITIONER (Elections Code 2142) AND
HIS APPLICATION FOR EMERGENCY (EX PARTE) ORDERS FOR INJUNCTIVE
RELIEF IN THIS CAUSE BE ACCEPTED AND GRANTED FOR THE FOLLOWING
REASONS:
1. ) THAT THROUGH NO FAULT OF HIS OWN, BUT RATHER, AS
EVIDENCED BY HIS ATTACHED EXHIBITS NUMBERED 1-.5- ERRORS,
AND ACTIONS OR INACTIONS, DELIBERATE OR NOT ON THEIR PART
BY THE AFOREMENTIONED DEFENDANTS, PLAINTIFF NOW SUFFERS,
AND WILL CONTINUE TO SUFFER HEREAFTER, GREAT HARMS
VIOLATIVE OF HIS INHERENT RIGHTS UNDER BOTH THE U.S
CONSTITUTION, AND THE CONSTITUTION OF THE GREAT STATE OF
CALIPORNIA FROM HIS BEING IMPROPERLY REJECTED AS A
LEGALLY REGISTERED VOTER, AND THEREFORE BEING DENIED
PARTICIPATION IN AN UPCOMING EXTREEMLY IMPORTANT PRIMARY
ELECTION, TO BE HELD ON THE RAPIDLY ADVANCING DATE OF:
JUNE 5, 2012.
2. ) THAT ON MAY 23, 2012 THE PLAINTIFF HAD OCCASION TO VISIT
THE OFFICE OF THE REGISTRAR OF VOTERS LOCATED AT 7000 65
STREET SACPJWENTO, CA. 958^ (316) 875-657S>,AND HAD A CONVERSATION WITH DEFENDANT HEATHER DITTY. THE
CONVERSATION INCLUDED IN PART THE FOLLOWING:
ELECTION SUPERVISOR HEATHER DITTY INFORMED PLAINTIFF AT THAT
TIME THAT "THE ONLY WAY YOU CAN PARTICIPATE LAWFULLY IN THE
(RAPIDLY) UPCOMING PRIMARY ELECTION, WOULD BE TO ADDRESS THIS
DILEMA WITH PETITIONING THE STATE SUPERIOR COURT AS SOON AS
POSSIBLE, AND OBTAIN A COURT ORDER AUTHORIZING YOUR PARTICIPATION."
SHE THEREAFTER PROVIDED PLAINTIFP WITH TWO(2)PRE-PRINTED FORMS WITH
WHICH TO DO SO, A COPY OF HER BUSINESS CARD, AND VERBAL DIRECTIONS
TO THE COUNTY COURTHOUSE AS WELL AS THE LOCATION OF THE NEW COUNTY
LAW LIBRARY.
3.) THAT THE OFFICE OF THE DEPARTMEl^ OF MOTOR VEHICLES,
(LOCATION AFOREMENTIONED) AND THE EMPLOYEES WHO SERVICED
PLAINTIFF ON OR ABOUT 04-10-12 WHEN HE APPLIED FOR BOTH A
RENEWAL OF HIS STATE I.D. CARD, AND SIMUTANIOUSLY HIS
VOTERS REGISTRATION- INADVERTANTLY MADE, OR ACTUALLY DID
INTENTIONALLY CREATE ERRORS DURING HIS APPLICATION
PROCESS FOR VOTERS REGISTRATION, WHICH HAVE LED TO GREAT
DAMAGES TO PLAINTIFF, WHICH REVERBERATE BEYOND THEIR OWN
DMV ORBIT INTO OTHER AGENCIES THROUGH THE COMMON PRACTICE
OF "SHARED INFORMATION" BETWEEN MOST LOCAL,STATE,AND
FEDERAL GOVERNMENT AGENCIES, AT LEAST UP UNTIL NOW, AND POSSIBLY WILL CONTINUE TO DO SO SOMETIME INTO THE FUTURE
IF THEY CONTINUE TO STAND UNCORRECTED BY THIS HONOEIABLE COURT.
FURTHER, THE DEPARTMENT OF MOTOR VEHICLES, AS WELL AS ALL
OTHER PUBLIC AGENCIES WHICH HAVE BEEN DESIGNATED AS OFFICIAL
VOTER REGISTRATION AGENCIES PURSUANT TO THE NATIONAL VOTER
REGISTRATION ACT OF 1993, HAVE SWORN LEGAL DUTIES AND
OBLIGATIONS TO THE PUBLIC TO WHOM THEY SERVE. INCLUDING, BUT
NOT LIMITED TO, ASSISTING AND PROPERLY INFORMING A PERSON
APPLYING FOR VOTER REGISTRATION OF IMPORTANT REQUIREMENTS,
SUCH AS PROOF OF U.S.CITIZENSHIP, RESIDENCY IN THIS STATE,
AND/OR CLEARANCE TO VOTE FROM THE DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTIONS IF
APPLICABLE. THE DEPARTMENT OF MOTOR VEHICLES HAS PERHAPS EVEN
FAR GREATER RESPONSIBILITIES, GIVEN THAT THEIR COLLECTIONS OF
DATA RELATED TO VOTER REGISTRATIONS ARE COUPLED WITH THE
INCLUDED DATA OF THEIR ACTUAL FUNCTIONAL DUTIES OF ISSUING
DRIVING PERMITS, LICENSING DRIVERS, REGISTERING VEHICLES,
ISSUING STATE IDENTIFICATION CARDS, AND ASSISTING THOSE WHO
CHOOSE TO BE ORGAN DONORS. IT IS NOT UNREASONABLE TO EXPECT
THAT AN OCCASIONAL ERROR MAY OCCUR IN THEIR OFFICES, BUT IT IS
ALSO NOT UNREASONABLE FOR ANYONE TO SEEK FROM THE DMV THEIR
HELP, NOR DOES IT SEEM IMPROPER OR INCONVENIENT TO SEEK THE
HELP OF THE COURTS, IN CORRECTING ANY ERRORS THAT HAVE DAMAGED
THE INDIVIDUAL APPLICANT, WHICH IS IN THIS CASE THE PLAINTIFF 4. ) THAT AS EVIDENCED BY PLAINTIFF'S ATTACHED EXHIBIT #3 OF A
RECENT SACRAMENTO BEE NEWSPAPER ARTICLE DATED SUNDAY, MAY
13, 2012, THE DEFENDANT JILL LA VINE, AND OTHERS FROM HER
OFFICE, PIAVE BEEN INVOLVED IN A VERY LARGE INVESTIGATION
OF ALLEGED VOTER FRAUD CASES WHICH ACCORDING TO "THE BEE"
HAD FOCUSED PRIMARILLY ON, OR TARGETED NEWLY REGISTERED
REPUBLICAN VOTERS, AND APPARENTLY NO OTHERS- AN EXTENSIVE
INVESTIGATION WHICH APPEARS TO BE ONGOING WITH SOME LINK
OR ASSOCIATION TO THE SECRETARY OF STATE'S OFFICE.
PLAINTIFF HAS WHAT HE FEELS IS SOUND REASONABLE BELIEF,
THAT SOMEHOW HE WAS AFFECTED BY, TARGETED, OR ACTUALLY
INCLUDED ERRONEOUSLY IN HER PRESENT AND ONGOING, HASTELY
AND OVERZEALOUS COUNTYWIDE REPUBLICAN "WITCH HUNT", FOR
ANYONE WHOM SHE BELIEVES MAY BE AN OFFENDING VOTER,
APARENTLY GLARING WITH A JAUNDICED EYE, ONLY AT ANY NEWLY
REGISTERED REPUBLICAN VOTERS.
5. ) THAT LONG ESTABLISHED COUNTY AND STATE RECORDS WILL
CLEARLY SHOW, THAT THE PLAINTIFF HAS ACTUALLY BEEN FOR AT
LEAST DURING A TIMESPAN OF THE LAST THREE (3) MAJOR
ELECTIONS HELD IN THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA- A BORN LEGAL
U.S. CITIZEN, A LEGAL CALIFORNIA RESIDENT AND A LEGALLY REGISTERED REPUBLICAN VOTER. THE ONLY EXCEPTION
TO THESE FACTS HAS BEEN A RECENT (UNDER A FULL YEARS TIME)
PERIOD OF NECESSARY RESIDENCY IN THE STATE OF ARIZONA, FOR
IMPORTANT FAMILY MATTERS, AND MEDICAL CARE. DURING WHICH, AT
ALL TIMES HE HAD LOCATED/RELOCATED TO AND FROM
ARIZONA/CALIFORNIA, HE HAD PROPERLY CHANGED HIS ADDRESSES WITH
THE U.S. POSTAL SERVICE, AS WELL AS BOTH THE OFFICES OF THE
ARIZONA AND CALIFORNIA DMV, AND BOTH THE OFICES OF THE ARIZONA
VOTER'S REGISTRATION, AND THE CALIFORNIA VOTER'S REGISTRATION
