Representatives Gary Miller (CA) and Lamar Smith (TX) have formed a new Congressional group--the Reclaim American Jobs Caucus--to focus on the jobs Americans are losing because of illegal immigration.

Previously, Congressman Miller introduced HR 994, the Loophole Elimination and Verification Enforcement Act (LEAVE Act). This bill would remove incentives and loopholes in our current laws that encourage illegal aliens to come and work in the United States. This type of legislation can put Americans back to work.
