Default Alert - Bill To Aid Mexican Illegals In California Schools Advances

Matriculas Consulars trying to go mainstream for illegal students

Quote:
- Illegal immigrants from Mexico would have an easier time applying for graduate school in California under a bill introduced by Assemblyman Juan Arambula, I-Fresno. Applicants to graduate school programs are generally required to take standardized tests as a part of the admissions process and must provide valid identification to do so. Arambula's bill would enable test sponsors to accept identification papers issued by Mexico as a valid form of I.D. The proposal will be heard in the Assembly Judiciary Committee on Tuesday.

BILL NUMBER: AB 2026 INTRODUCED
BILL TEXT

INTRODUCED BY Assembly Member Arambula

FEBRUARY 17, 2010

An act to add Section 99155 to the Education Code, relating to
postsecondary education.

LEGISLATIVE COUNSEL'S DIGEST

AB 2026, as introduced, Arambula. Standardized testing: matricula
consular: valid identification.
Existing law imposes various requirements on a test sponsor or
test agency, as defined, with respect to the administration of
standardized tests for purposes of postsecondary education.
Existing law provides that a test sponsor that intentionally
violates these provisions is liable for a civil penalty not to exceed
$750 for each violation.
This bill would require a test sponsor to accept a Matricula
Consular de Alta Seguridad issued within the last 5 years as a valid
form of identification for purposes of admitting a test subject to
take a standardized test administered by the sponsor. A violation of
this requirement would subject a test sponsor to the above civil
penalty.
Vote: majority. Appropriation: no. Fiscal committee: no.
State-mandated local program: no.

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. Section 99155 is added to the Education Code, to read:
99155. A test sponsor shall accept the Matricula Consular de Alta
Seguridad (Consular Matriculation of High Security) issued by the
government of Mexico through one of its consular offices within the
last five years, as a valid form of identification for purposes of
admitting a test subject to take a standardized test administered by
the sponsor.

I think it might be more accurate to say that it is politicians as opposed to The US. In any case, no government entity should take sides and promote racial or ethnic politics.

According to the Jews, the Jews were chosen by God for a variety of things. They do not say why or how or suggest that the Jews are privileged in the eyes of God beyond other people. They also do not believe that they were chosen to be lords over other people. Compare with Catholicism and Islam where believers have claimed over and over and over again, lordship over other people's and especially non-believers.

The only thing that anyone else besides the Jews have to concern themselves over God having chosen the Jews, is the land of Israel, which the Jews say God promised to them.

That's it.

But what are illegals doing applying for graduate education? Are these illegals who have come up in our own educational system? If so, this is another good reason to throw illegals and their anchor babies out of our educational system. If not, what about all those educational visa? This is a good time to remember that our 9/11 terrorists were in the country on expired educational visas. They originally got in legally.

When I say the 'US', I actually mean the politicians. US covers everyone of them and some who are not politicians, there are some of those also.
Look at the video DA made in Costa Mesa yesterday, posted at Derail Amnesty.com

None that I want my tax dollars to pay for, and since my tax dollars support just about all schools and universities, the illegals shouldn't be there.
