Well, maybe this is reversal of misfortune. In an odd twist that goes against the normally habitual "illegal alien DUI kills another American", a Maine citizen was handed down a 5 1/2 year sentence for killing to illegals in a DUI case. Both illegals were activist DREAM proponents too:

The women who died in the May 15, 2010, collision, Tam Ngoc Tran, 27, and Cinthya Nathalie Felix Perez, 26, both were undocumented immigrants who had graduated from University of California, Los Angeles, and were pursuing graduate studies at Ivy League schools.
