Default AIP committee Member Sues Secretary Of State Over Eligibility Enforcement

For those who may not remember, Markham Robinson was the opponent of Nightingale in the contested AIP primary. He is suing Debrah Bowen to force her to honor California's election code as it pertains to elegibility of candidates. the mainstream media is labeling them birthers again, but this may not be so much about that as it is whether California is following the rules when certifying ANY candidates for office.

I read the case this morning, and before I had a chance to pick some highlights of it, the mainstream news was already blowing off falsehoods and innuendo. This case is in Sacramento superior court, and I got some commentary from Markham on it a little while ago. The court here is not moving at light speed on any Writs of Mandate, so it's anyone's guess how this will play out; before or after the election

You have succeeded in not addressing the obvious questions this situation poses: What does Jeff Schwilk have to say about this and when will he be filling people's e-mail accounts with all sorts of grand pronouncements?
