Default San Jose Get's Another Beating By Foreign Crime

So earlier this week it was the mexicans getting away with 500,000.00 of the taxpayers money, and today it's middle eastern'ers (who were most likely hired because many companies seem to be queer for immigrants during their hiring procedures) who are stealing even bigger sums from them.
Careless immigration policies are likely at the core of both of these crimes.

SAN JOSE, Calif. -- A former auditor at a San Jose water company is facing more than four years in prison after pleading no contest to stealing $9.2 million of the utility's money.

Thirty-four-year-old Abdirahman Ismail Abdi pleaded no contest Wednesday in Santa Clara County Superior Court to a charge of felony grand theft.

He is expected to be sentenced to 52 months in prison as part of a plea deal.

Authorities say Abdi stole the money from the California Water Service Co. and sent it to bank accounts overseas on April 27, 2009, the day he resigned from his job.

The money was later returned to the water utility. California Water Service is privately owned and has 460,000 customers in California.

Abdi was arrested in Britain last year.

San Jose again in the news over gang related homicide rate. Illegals supporters whine about immigration enforcement

Quote:
Moore also credited the presence of two federal immigration agents who are helping police arrest and possibly deport violent gang members who are also illegal immigrants.

"They are doing a great job for us," Moore said.

Some community leaders say the use of the agents is causing mistrust and fear and that they are concerned other, law-abiding illegal immigrants will be affected.

Default Crime Reporting Down Because Stats Skewed By Private Enforcement?

Quote:
SAN JOSE, Calif. -- It's been nearly 15 years since a judge ordered a private security force into a gang-afflicted San Jose neighborhood.

I looked this over in the records, and am now wondering if this private security policy isn't hiding crime reporting when the stats start showing a drop in crime. I also looked at the company and the principles behind it that was supplying this private service. Fist off, the company reads like a who's who of middle eastern business world:

Mohamed Ahmed CEO
Youssef Abdallah COO
Ahmed Kasem Chief counsel

Hamza Mohammed Accounting

Hatem Ahmed Sales

Khaled Ahmed Operations manager

And secondly, this company is proving the enforcement by judicial force to a housing project the size of some small cities:

100 buildings consisting of 4 plex apartments, condos, and homes. Parking at night is a problem because so many people per unit. Also, most people at work during the day. Recent foreigner arrivals, mainly hispanic, all working as Americans struggle with record unemployment
