An interesting story, but more to the point is that (1) the GOP leadership is jumping on this bank wagon and (2) for God's sake read the comments section. Overwhelmingly in support of American nationalism. There is a tidal wave of popular opposition to the 3d world invasion out there. People are really angry. Thank God. It's about time.

It's not really just "American" nationalism that's at stake. (Always try to use "the United States" when refering to this country, else you include the "territories" like Puerto Rico.) It is nationalism itself. Every people that can reasonably and historically see themselves as a geographical country has a right to a nation. But we see threats to this fundamental freedom from all different quarters, but mostly religion like Islam and Catholicism
