The amount of funds spent on schools and the students is obscene.
Does anyone ever look at the Staples ads for school supplies from mid July and still going on now? I have purchased 6 reams of typing paper for less than $ 5.00 each and each two had a rebate which left the final cost at about 3 cents for four of them and 50 cents on the last 2. There is a limit on the rebates but I let those I give the paper to claim the rebates.
I have seen 6/8 count pkgs of pencils for 5/25 cents. Ball point pens again less than $1.00. The list of supplies goes on and on.
Yesterday I was hearing about a church program that has a week-end food program. When the kids go home on Fri they are given a back pack with enough food to last until Mon. Of course M/F, they get all their food free except dinner.

I would like to find out what is so special about being Illegal.
