Default Occupy Wall Streeters Living In Filth

Occupy Wallstreets are living in filth and the owner of the private park in which they're wallowing wants to clean it up. These "people" have lived in this park for three weeks without removing any trash or making any efforts to clean up at all. This is what the US has come to. One of our two major political parties supports savages who have to be forced by the police to stop living in their own garbage.

In the late 1960's, in the aftermath of the moon landing and the "Woodstock" event, Ayn Rand wrote a very penetrating essay comparing the differences between the hundreds of thousands of people who went to Florida to witness the Apollo Moon Launch and those who participated in "Woodstock."

Long story short, the normal, upstanding people who went to Florida to watch the moon launch, were clean and sober, picked up their trash, provided for food, shelter and sanitation and did not commit any acts of vandalism or trespassing. By contrast, the "Woodstock" crowd showed up without any preparation for their basic needs, ran out of food, committed numerous acts of vandalism against local citizens, and had to be rescued by local authorities (against whom they were purportedly rebelling!) when so many of the Woodstock attendees overdosed on drugs and were wallowing around in the mud in their own excrement.

Rand's assessment of the differences between the Apollo moon people and the Woodstock people is very much like the differences between the Tea Party people, (who leave their venues cleaner than they found them) and the Occupy Wallstreeters, who live comfortably in their own filth until forced to clean themselves up.

I know Rand is very controversial with some but her analysis is spot on.
