CBP at the Hidalgo International Bridge Seize Close to $300K in Narcotics

Hidalgo, Texas - Officers with U.S. Customs and Border Protection, working at the Hidalgo International Bridge arrested a man from Humble, Texas in connection with a failed smuggling attempt of $298,000 worth of methamphetamine. "Our frontline officers have detected this compact but significant quantity of hard narcotics and having seized it, has allowed CBP to thwart another attempt to introduce these illicit drugs into our streets," said Efrain Solis Jr. (more)
