Default New Law Used To Overrule Majority Rule; Enrich Lawyer Who Wrote It

http://www.sacbee.com/state_wire/story/2327030.html

Quote:
The California statute targets commonly used "at-large" elections - those in which candidates run citywide or across an entire school district. Avila said that method can result in discrimination because whatever group constitutes the majority of voters can dominate the ballot box and block minorities from winning representation. As a remedy, the law empowers state courts to create smaller election districts favoring minority candidates....

The takeover one crumb at a time. They'll do this until they are the majority then the tables will be turned to shut up everyone that's not 'of color' . Third world doesn't belong in our culture, but we're teaching that they're 'entitled to anything they want'.

There was a lawsuit in central California that attacked election results because they did not produce enough "hispanic" winners. Accordingly, the process was re-tooled to arrange for more people of a certain skin color to be elected.

I emailed the reporter who wrote the story and said, in effect, isn't it strange that that racial discrimination is prohibited in schools, but required in school board elections?

He said yes it did seem inconsistent, but it was not the same thing or some double-talk that was essentially incomprehensible.

Oh but they have had so much help form our government, the courts, different corporations and so many other entities that the takeover of America by third worlders is assured. The American people better wake up and rebuild our
nation along constitutional lines.

Soon we will all be put in a special habitat in some zoo as a nationality about to go extinct.
