Calexico CBP Officers Intercept Pedestrian Transporting Methamphetamine

Calexico, Calif. - U.S. Customs and Border Protection officers at the Calexico downtown port of entry Saturday seized approximately $51,600 worth of methamphetamine, concealed on the body of a pedestrian border crosser.On Dec. 28, at about 12:00 p.m., a CBP officer encountered a 21-year-old male Mexican citizen after he arrived at the port as a pedestrian.
