Default Spring Illegal Vendors Starting To Bloom

Just like clockwork, south of the border corruption returns to our neighborhoods with the warmer days and sunshine. Illegal vendors set up shop right in the driveway of a local church this sunday so as not to miss anybody.
I'll be reporting them promptly

There are laws concerning obstructing traffic which includes the public access portion of driveways (such as the sidewalk) and being inside the gate blocking the ingress lane would involve trespassing, so obviously the church doesn't object and may even encourage it - otherwise the vendors would be gone yesterday.

I've only seen one in Hesperia, but sure there will be more. Can you imagine the bacteria growing on this stuff that is out all day long, and where do the vendors go to the toilet, let alone wash their hands. Wake up people.
