Default The Solution(s)?

It has been established that SB 1070 will only be going into partial effect in a few hours. Judge Bolton temporarily enjoined certain sections of the legislation. Is there a remedy?

Maybe ...

This is why voting for third party candidates is such a waste. This tool of a judge is a Clinton appointee (during his second term). However, if people would have voted for Republicans instead of Ross Perot in two successive elections, there would have been no Bill Clinton, and no Susan Bolton. But no! Some people have to cut off their noses to spite their faces. The refuse to look at the big picture, and instead become myopic and focus on their "pet" issues.

Voting for a third party candidate opens the door to the nomination of judges like this! We can't afford to do this. I would rather vote for a President that is wishy-washy on immigration, but is a Constructionist when it comes to how he/she will select Federal justices. When you have good Constructionist judges you generally do not get decisions like the one that was handed down today. Please think about all the facets of the job of the candidate you are supporting will fulfill if elected.

However, what needs to now is activism, activism, activism. We need to own the streets like we did in the past. We don't need the leaders of the past and their agendas and personal baggage. We need to take the fight to those that are feeling empowered, and show them how out of power they really are! We have to hit the streets, the phones, the emails, the faxes, and anything that will get our message out to Joe Six-Pack, and keep him pissed off till November. 60% or more of this country supports SB 1070, and they need to be reminded that the reign of King Barrack the First must end on January 20, 2012!

Yes, the Republican face of the Two Party Political Machine has spoken.

The problem is not "third party candidates". The problem is the "two party system" and its cult believers who treat our fundamental political freedoms and those who live according to them like retarded step children.

The destruction of the evil "two party system" is as simple as a national movement to get rid of the primary election system. And getting rid of the primary election system is as simple as criminalizing the collecting of party affiliations for purposes of voter registration. No part of any government in the US has any business asking a registering voter what their political party is. If, on a national level, we make it a criminal act to ask a registering voter what their political party is, then there can be no primary elections and the "two party system" will die a well deserved agonizing death.
