You can find this here:

And here's the summary of how many registered voters vs how many were eligible to vote

State Total 17,304,091 vs 23,208,710
And the bottom line is that only around 14 million actually cast ballots for president. There could be more that voted in other races or measures though.

There's no evidence that they stopped counting ballots after Obama was declared the victor. Other ballots would still have the other races and measures on them, so a complete count would be required, and the presidential column would still be part of it
The question remains. How did obamadinejad win before the votes were counted? I'm not going to say that I don't trust the vote counting, but AFTER the fact, it's easier to adjust the votes than if no determination was made until all the votes had been counted.

Totally agree with you Kathy. It needs to change, but how to bring that about? Because it's a national election, it would be a congressional change, and you know how hard that is. Changing California code might put some pressure on them to do so, but what would that be?

Disaffected Republicans who supported U.S. Rep. Ron Paul in last year's presidential election have formed a political action committee to derail the campaign of Lowden, the early GOP front-runner.

Robert Holloway, director of the Fair Nevada Elections PAC, contends Lowden as state chair cheated Paul supporters out of a place at the Republican National Convention last year.
