College Professor in N.Y. Says He Was Let Go for Being Foreign, Heterosexual
WILLIAMSVILLE, N.Y. – A New York college professor says he was passed over for promotions for being heterosexual and then was fired for complaining.
Dr. Csaba Marosan is awaiting a hearing after investigators for the state Division of Human Rights found probable cause to support his claims against Trocaire College in Buffalo.
Marosan says his teaching contract was not renewed after he complained that administrators made comments about his Hungarian accent and promoted less qualified employees. He's since included allegations that gay staffers known as "the Merry Men" were given preferential treatment.
The college denies the claims and says Marosan was let go because his medical degree did not meet teaching requirements and there were issues with his teaching style.

this "human" rights is a very common theme in the new America. Workers rights, citizen rights, etc have given way to a more generic term, presumably so there won't be a need to amend it over that pesky "borders" issue.

Small wonder the state bar was in favor of gay marriage. As you can see from the above case, they'll have a whole new specialty to practice, and with all the pent up demand, gays will be marrying willy-nilly in celebration. There is likely to be a rash of divorces shortly after the newness and novelty wears off.
