CBP Seizes Toys with CPSC Violations

Port of New York/Newark, N.Y. - CBP officers and investigators of the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) seized potentially dangerous toys as the holiday season rapidly approaches.On October 28 - 29, CBP officers at the Port of New York/New Jersey seized two shipments arriving from China of toy dolls, cosmetic sets, fire trucks and tractors for CPSC violations.
