If that day comes soon, we will still have a chance to summon enough hatred and common sense to do what has to be done."

The whole tone of your post was as if these vicious, primitive Aztecs are representive of illegal aliens or even Mexicans in general, and that the only good ones will be dead ones. It just seemed a little over the top to me. We don't disagree about illegal immigration, but sometimes the rhetoric can be a bit much. Remember, this board is read by a lot of people outside of SOS and I wouldn't want those kinds of posts to considered representative of the thinking of our membership in general.

I had to get in on this one.

Who outside of SOS is going to see this?
If its a trolling reconquista or a supporter or maybe a "news source" looking for ammo to use against us?

Well the sad facts are it doesn't matter what is said here , even if its a lilly clean forum like alipac your still going to be a xenophobic racist in their eyes.

Thats part of whats hurting our movement , we feel we have to play the game by the rules , the opposition threw out the rule book and you all know that.

How many years now have we been playing the game by the rules? Where is our movement at the moment? Sure we can claim the high moral ground for sticking to the rules , but in the long run............What has it achieved?

I'm not asking anyone to change anything but just to take a look at what our final goal is and maybe to look at a new strategy. This one doesn't appear to be working very well.

Keep in mind that more amnesty bills are coming , and will keep coming, There has to be an ending or sooner or later our "holding actions" will fail.
Unless we start to play offense instead of defense , we are pounding sand.

Just to go on the record I believe Don has a 100% correct take on the problem , he recognizes it and is not sugar coating it.

We follow our rules because we believe in them; Because it's the way we want to live and govern ourselves. If we stick to our rules and way of life, the consistency of that will be a beacon that attracts good people and provides evidence that we are not a bunch of rag tag warlords or banana republic in which people fear the political climate can turn against them in a heartbeat due to some current event. During times of turmoil, we stick to our values and rules. When we are criticized by others, we stick to our principles. When all hell breaks loose, we stick to the principles while protecting our ranks and welcoming those who will have seen that we, above all else, will adhere to our policies regardless of the temptation of anarchy.

How so? I rather believe it was founded by a declaration of independence from another government. That declaration was accompanied by a constitution that was fashioned around the rule of law, and amended with a bill of rights, not anarachy. I think you may be confusing rebellion or revolt with anarchy. The colonists were not predisposed to no rules. They rallied against unfair rules, and then further associated themselves with rules of their own making.

Still all things considered

They revolted against the rightful govt of that time which was the King of England.

They were traitors , revolutionaries and anarchists against the rightful govt.

I said rightful, not just govt.

Is our situation much different than the people of this country faced under
English rule?

What choices for remedy did the colonists have?

What choices do we have?

I want to go a bit further here

We supposedly have the right to petition our govt for redress.

Are they listening to us? doesn't appear they are

We are suppose to be equal , color , gender , race etc.

I could right a book about how we are not even close to equal , every part of our society is skewed in favor of minorities

One citizen , one vote?
Really ? and just how many illegal aliens are voting ? how else could some of these latino radicals win election ? people like Gil Navorrow or villiareconquiast ?

We are in the process of Balkinizing this nation , never mind the process , we are there

Obama was elected by white guilt and blacks that will vote black for no other reason.

We have come to a dead end in our country, the special interests are running the show , people now are only going to vote for those that promise them the most free goodies or are of the same race.

qualifed or not ,

This country is wacked out and most of you know it is , trouble is , there is no easy fix
