What is the difference between

A DUI check point

or a check point to check for immigration papers?

Sooner or later we WILL HAVE TO DO something along these lines
if we ever want to have a chance to fix the problem.

Most Americans always carry their license and insurance papers
Legal immigrants by LAW have to carry their green cards
