(yawn). This is so much ado about nothing. So what's the ultimate conclusion to all this? That Obama was born in Kenya? Or maybe somewhere else but not in the United States? I think Jerome Corsi, Joseph Farah, World Net Daily, and company are grasping at straws and no doubt will continue to do so ad nauseum. They really need to focus their energy on some real issues.

Obama’s ineligibility: Has the time come for rebellion?

Americans have a right to know whether or not the occupant of the White House is a criminal.

The political elite and the state-run media do not want anyone to talk about it. They say that there are more important issues to discuss than if Barack Hussein Obama has committed felonies before and after arriving in the Oval Office.

The conspiracy of silence by the political elite and the associated news blackout can only be explained by complicity in a cover-up of possible criminal acts. If there is another explanation, I would like to know it.

It is clear that Obama is not, according to the Constitution, eligible to be President of the United States because he is not a natural born citizen.

There is also evidence that he may have committed fraud regarding his birth documents, Social Security number, his Selective Service registration and his real estate transactions in Chicago.

I am a scientist by training and temperament. I do not adhere to conspiracy theories. In my opinion, it is no longer just a theory. There is sufficient evidence to warrant an official investigation.

The continuous stonewalling by both parties’ elite is clearly directed toward preventing such an investigation because it would divulge that our government is riddled with corruption and operates solely to benefit the political royalty.

The intentional silence of the state-run media is to protect Obama and the far left-wing agenda he represents.

It seems that they have both decided to follow the advice of Adolf Hitler: “The great masses of the people…will more easily fall victims to a big lie than to a small one.”

Obama’s guru, the neo-Marxist Saul Alinsky, wrote in his book “Rules for Radicals”:

“Ridicule is man’s most potent weapon. It is almost impossible to counteract ridicule. Also it infuriates the opposition, which then reacts to your advantage.”

Obama’s 2012 presidential campaign has started selling “Made in the USA” T-shirts showing images of both Obama and the long-form birth certificate.

It is both clever and revealing. Obama often laughs off questions about his eligibility, but with obvious nervous laughter. Ask any police officer. It is a verbal clue of deception, a clear indicator of stress or fear.

It is not, however, a comedy, but a tragedy. The United States is no longer what John Adams described as a government of laws and not of men. It has become the opposite.

The government has violated its oath to defend the Constitution, interfered with the rule of law and scorned citizen attempts to petition for the redress of grievances.

As Abraham Lincoln noted, the American people are the rightful masters of both Congress and the courts, not to overthrow the Constitution but to overthrow the men who pervert the Constitution.

We are experiencing, in real-time, the destruction of the Constitution and a flagrant disregard for the rule of law by elected officials and government bureaucrats, who are deliberately hiding the truth from the American people.

We must overthrow those responsible. For too long we have been silent and inattentive.

The loyalty of the American people is to the country and the Constitution, not to shady officeholders or petty bureaucrats.

The disdain demonstrated by the state-run media will also have its day of reckoning, as President Theodore Roosevelt stated:

“To announce that there must be no criticism of the President, or that we are to stand by the President, right or wrong, is not only unpatriotic and servile, but is morally treasonable to the American public.”

The American people must now send an unambiguous message to the political elite that the usurpation of power and the selective application of the law are not legitimized by acquiescence or repetition.

As John Adams cautioned Americans:

“If we suffer tamely a lawless attack upon our liberty, we encourage it… Be not intimidated… nor suffer yourselves to be wheedled out of your liberties by any pretense of politeness, delicacy, or decency. These, as they are often used, are but three different names for hypocrisy, chicanery and cowardice.”

We must not permit Obama to run for President in 2012 without a proper investigation of his background and the truth disclosed.

If our government shirks its responsibility, then it is our patriotic duty as citizens to act.

This morning I went to Barnes & Noble and bought John Corsi's book - "Where's the birth certificate".

Esquire Magazine has put out some false information saying the book was being taken off shelves.

WND says the book has the White House in a panic.

I haven't had time yet to read the book.

When I asked the clerk for the book she acted as though she wasn't familiar with it. Looked it up on the computer then escorted me to the location where it was. There was quite a stack available.

$25.50 plus tax.

I read some pages, the dust cover and perused some exhibits, but haven't finished the book.

Generally WND has provided a significant amount of the books content, over the months via E-mails. However, the book places in sharper focus, and more detail, the available data.

I'll have to give Jerome Corsi high marks for his seeming honesty and integrity in addressing the fictions and the facts. Whenever there is some aspect that is dubious or questionable he confronts it head on and dispels the rumors.

He corrected one misconception that I had and posted here. That Ann Dunham was too young to qualify for declaration of her son, being only 18 while the requirement was 10 years of residency from age 16. The law actually applied to foreigners.

Jerome Corsi also included in the exhibits the (2) TWO DNC certifications of Obama's eligibility. One including the statement that he was eligible and one deleting that clause ???????????????

One surprise to me was that there is no law, according to Congressional legal opinion, that requires a candidate to prove his/her eligibility and no law requiring a birth certificate !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Coming forth in the book is the wide range of opinions about the Constitution and it's interpretation by the left and the right presently. As is stated the law is very ambiguous.

It seems apparent that one purpose of the book is to ensure that the 2012 candidates are properly vetted and proven eligible. Many states are passing laws requiring proof of eligibility to be on the ballot. I would surmise that the 2012 election will be a knock down drag out brawl. My gut feeling is that Obama won't make it.

I have now read over 3/4 of the book.

Continued high marks for Corsi. Very honest and spell bindingly thourough as PhD's are ! My respect for him is growing.

Basically the book hasn't revealed much of anything that I already haven't known from WND E-mails updates over the months.

The salient features are that there is an abundance of liars, con artists, sanctimonous hypocrites, flakes.

Bottom line - The American people will benefit greatly by expunging this Oval Office userper ASAP and/or assure that there cannot be a repeat of the grotesque fraud in 2012.

Corsi came to the same conclusion.

Governor Abercrombie promised to show the real certificate but later learned that there isn't one !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So he had to clam up.

If the book does anything it strongly tilts towards confirming that Obama was born in Hawaii. That isn't the real issue. His citizenship and eligibility, under the Constitution, being natural, native born, is he issue.

About the only real mystery that Corsi hasn't solved is Stanley Ann Dunham's whereabouts during about the last 7 months of her pregnancy. She dropped out of college and didn't resurface until after the birth. Three weeks later she went to Seattle and enrolled there again in college. Obama senior stayed in Hawaii.

There is no record of a marriage but there is mention of a divorce decree. No photos of wedding. No photos of the birth or new baby.

Corsi's main theme, or concern, is about the duality and possibility of allegiance to another country. The framers of the Constitution went to extra lengths to ensure that only a true native born American could be eligible. That was a period when the British were very much involved, the US broke away from the king and declared independence.

The current leftist revisionists and progressived are not really that interested in preserving the integrity of the Constitution.


There is so much fudging and faking because the citizenship issue is hidden. He was apparently adopted in Indonesia and had Indonesian citizenship after having dual British and American citizenship.

And of course the now infamous Connecticut social security number !!!!!!

He has now spent upwards of $1,300,000 on attorneys hiding all of his past and all of his records !
