San Luis, Ariz. - A female Mexican national was arrested Sunday at the Port of San Luis after U.S. Customs and Border Protection officers discovered more than 12 pounds of heroin and more than 13 pounds of methamphetamine within the rocker panels (vehicle frame). (more)
