Default Sacramento Day Labor Crowd Increases Again

Went to what I thought was going to be some possible work opportunities for me today, but it was postponed, so I thought since I was in the area I might as well check up on the hordes of illegal labor whose jobs are supposedly drying up
I was wrong about the last part

Thumbs down

That's pathetic. Guess they're waiting on amnesty.

They are gathered in a few places out in the Victorville area also. A few of them even have small trailer homes attached to their car or truck. They probably sleep in them at night.

I took a short opportunity to inspect the local HD's and the Sac DLC for activity this morning. While the DLC is less than average, the HD's have come way up. All of them. there's a lot more population at all, where some had none, and others had a little. Now they are chock full.
An interesting thing happened while I was parked at one HD. One of the DL's came over to voice his displeasure that I was filming. He said he knew me from the DLC area, and I said that was understandable because that's my neighborhood. He also said he witnessed the rock throwing incidents, and thought that was not helping things. He also said they were not getting work.
i knew there was an effort to disperse the DL's to keep them from being noticed as much, and that's why they are at HD's that previously had none. I was not attacked today, although I was prepared for it when they came over. I'll have some video and pics up later. I think, but I'm not sure I may have captured the conversation with the DL's on the camera. my laptop is down for the weekend, and I'm borrowing for now, so things will be a little slower than normal.
One thing that is really evident is the volumne of unlicensed businesses patronizing HD. Lots of them, and predominantly hispanic.

Making the clergy is telling them about the commandments.

Drove by the Home Depot today..one of them that has been the host of the most flagrant violators of hiring laws, and saw over 50 DL's lining the entranceway. This was around 10:00 am on a weekday

Also, just up the street:

Time for a crackdown!

Anyone care to guess how much California is going in the hole just due to the continuing under-the-table hiring cneters across the state?

Well, we're going to embark upon a journey to attempt that. Here we are 7 years later from the time I started publicly exposing this fraudulent enterprise in Sac. We slowed it down, but mainly just by getting the government to deport a small percentage of them, and by causing them to get all the non-profits to help disburse them across the county. But little or nothing has been done towards halting this practice using the same tactics they use against legitimate businesses who don't tow the line to their exact rules
