Now they 'demand' that they be in charge of LA, they are sick of Villar and Beck standing in their way.
COMMUNITY CONTROL OVER THE POLICE.
I suppose they want to hire their gang members to be police officers. It is not enough that the LA PD is at least 50% hispanic.
