I've been wondering why the stock market was going up without regard to the overall economic factors pointing down. It is apparent Obama has been either taking orders from the moneymen, or he relayed his intent to them before anyone else so they could take advantage of cheaper stocks and investments that would accelerate after. Of course business interests would profit from legalizing another million or two illegals. Your communities, the existing citizenry will lose of course, because of increased competition for jobs and services that the previously declared illegals could not have access to.

This will affect California quite dramatically, because an already strained budget will feel an immediate increase of large proportions as those who could not qualify for welfare and other handouts will now be able to apply and receive them.

Now the big question is: Where is the opposition? Republicans and blue dog Dems? Obama is dictating here, so will they take the opportunity to stop it, or will they, wanting to leave this issue out of this election cycle altogether, remain sniveling in the background?

This administration is hell bent on flooding the country with foreign born. They are continuing their program of diminishing the effectiveness, financial strength, and political power of the existing native born population.

Default The most corrupt in my lifetime.

Two weeks ago I wrote to John McCain and told him that the Obama administration was perpetrating a bloodless coup de etat. And that "He" was acting like a rogue, dominant alpha male homo sapiens, reminiscent of Fidel Castro. Hugo Chavez and Saddam Hussein.

This administration is thumbing it's nose at the Senate House, Congress and law enforcement.

We have the biggest fraud ever perpetrated in America faking, counterfeiting, facilitating his blatantly scoff law Auntie Onenga, Uncle drunk neither of which will leave, none of which will enforce the laws. Gun running, laundering drug cartel money. Attacking States that want to enforce immigration laws, suing States that want to remove illegal aliens from voting. Promoting Socialism from a proven. verified Marxist, Communist family background.

There is going to be a VERY big firestorm over this.

Nothing's happened here that will hurt Obama in the upcoming election. The people royally pissed off by this executive action amnesty (Me, Larry, Davi, Bill, Phil, etc.) weren't going to be voting for Obama anyway. His actions have lost no one who was really considering casting a ballot for him. Meanwhile, he has succeeded in sucking up to La Raza and temporarily driven attention away from the current bad economic news.

What else is the guy going to do? Run on his record? He has to try to divide the country up and make us a bunch of bickering/battling special interests, otherwise he's toast in November.

What concerns me FAR MORE than the predictable pandering for the Hispanic vote from the left is what Romney said. His initial remarks in response to Obama's grand immigration pronouncement were that he thinks a permanent resolution needs to be made and he likes what Rubio has proposed.

What does that tell you? It suggests that he is heading in the direction of championing Rubio's watered down DREAM Act amnesty proposal. That way he will technically have kept his word that he "opposed" the DREAM Act, as he represented during the debates when trying to win over Republicans in the primaries.

Default It tells me that:

Republicans running for office won't take a strong public stand against illegal immigration. Instead they will all pander for votes. But there is no telling what position they will take after being successful and in office.

The sad basic truths are that: Illegal aliens, especially Latinos,Hispanics, Mexicans, are becoming a more and more important influence: Democrats seriously outnumber Republicans by a significant margin: Right wing, Conservative and ultra conservative candidates have a very low change of getting elected.

>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> >>>>>>>>>>>>>

Obama himself is an illegal alien !!!!!!! He doesn't give a rats pa-toot about the Constitution. He is ineligible to be President, ergo, all of his mandates, executive orders, are null and void. His whole history, and his family, are replete with lies, deception, mistruths, cover up's. His own Aunt and Uncle are illegal aliens who were ordered deported and simply defied the orders. His book is full of deception and prevarications. His mother and father were never married ! Never lived together. The address that she gave in Hawaii, that appeared in the birth announcement, was actually a cottage behind the main house where she hid out alone, while pregnant. There are NO hospital records so she probably had a home birth. The main house was owned by, and lived in by, a College professor and his mate and not by her mother and father.

Sam , here is how I see it.

First off , your right , none of us would vote for Bomba anyway. All Romney can expect to get is maybe 27-30% of the hispanic vote.

Romney's response was guarded as it should have been , if he came out ranting and raving the left would have had spinable talking points forever. "he hates immigrants" , "he hates hispanics" , blah blah blah. I'm sure Bombas gang of thugs were HOPING Romney would come out blasting.

The smart road for Romney is doing just what he did. Keep in mind that millions of Americans drink half sweetened kool aid , they don't want amnesty or illegals but this dream kid thing kinda sorta gives them pause..... Romney had to take a soft stance for now.

I also notice on the other sites a lot of vitriol directed at Romney. Keep in mind , Bomba did the evil deed, not Romney.

I have no doubt that if he gets away with this and gets another 4 years he will not even worry about anything , he will declare by decreed a free and open amnesty.

You all have been in this thing as long as I have , think it through , we are not without resources ,

Next week should be interesting.

Bill , it would not have mattered if you had put out viable proof that Bomba was an axe murderer, he would have been elected anyway. 95% voted for him for all the wrong reasons.
It was the same years ago when everyone voted for Jimmy Carter , He was the messiah, substance didn't matter , personality did. Same with Bomba.

On this point (above), we agree. Obama's pronouncement was designed to get a wild (and predictable) reaction from the GOP and conservatives. It would have helped the president draw a sharp contrast between the right and the left, that would benefit him in front of our brown friends. Romney, wisely, did not bite. There's no point firing up part of the left's base.
