During the closing arguments, Gilleon accused Schwilk of conspiring with Sean Hannity, Alan Colmes and Fox News to spread Jimenez' face around the world in an effort to defame the day laborer
Schwilk said, "Judge Styn not only ruled against our protection of free speech, he is attempting to de-criminalize illegal aliens and the crimes they commit on American soil. Styn is yet another example of a bad judge attempting to legislate from the bench." Oh, Sweet Jesus ... Whatever the judge was getting paid today, it's not enough (and I commonly hold public employees in very low regard). Little did this man suspect when he enrolled in law school that one day he would be presiding over a matter involving these two moonbats. Thanks for posting this. Now that public masturbation trial I had a couple months ago in Norwalk doesn't seem so ignoble or utterly absurd in comparison.
