Default Bob Menendez on line petition

Online Petition to Allow (ILLEGAL) Immigrant Family Members of Citizens to Apply for VISA from Here

U.S. Senator Bob Menendez (D) NJ launched an online petition that calls for U.S. citizen family members to be granted the authority to provide waivers for their illegal alien family members - so that the illegal alien family members can apply for U.S. visas. Article below.

Inform Senator Bob Menendez that he should be upholding U.S. immigration law - the 1986 Immigration Reform and Control Act - which states that all individuals in the USA illegally are to be repatriated to the home countries. Only congress has the authority to change this law.

Online Petition to Allow Immigrant Family Members of Citizens to Apply for VISA from Here
Published at 12:25 pm, December 13, 2011

US Senator Robert Menendez (D-NJ) launched an online petition in support of allowing immigrant family members of U.S. citizens and residents to apply for “waivers of the three and ten year unlawful presence bars” from within the United States.
A change of this nature in the US immigration policy would allow tens of thousands and potentially hundreds of thousands of people to determine whether they qualify for a waiver before leaving the U.S.—and before risking everything, including their family, by traveling abroad.

For years, immigrants who qualify for a visa due to their family relationship with US citizens or residents have been blocked from applying for the visa here from US soil because they are here unlawfully. Many of these families could qualify for a ‘waiver’ that would allow them to process their family visa, but these individuals don’t want to risk separation from their families so they never travel abroad to finish their visa application process.

“Its unfair that people with US citizen relatives and a legitimate case to obtain a visa are being forced to travel great distances and risk everything just to prove they have a legitimate case, when they can make their case from here with the support of their family. This is why I am leading the fight and have asked President Obama to help keep families together by allowing the immigrant family members of U.S. citizens and residents to apply for “waivers of the three and ten year unlawful presence bars” from within the United States.” Said Senator Menendez. “We all need to rally behind this petition. If we make this change a reality, we will be helping all those individuals who are too frightened of being separated from their families and loosing everything important to them to make their application without having to travel abroad and risking not being able to return to the United States.”

This so called Senator should be removed from office by any means avaliable. If there is such a thing the as worst, I think he is the one.

This chain migration is exactly that, a chain that is being wrapped around this country and strangling the USA tighter by the day. We did not chose to become a second Mexico or be ruled by its citizens and those who have not done anything to stop this will be the first to complain they didn't have a say when it's all said and done.

We have whole towns that are 98% Hispanic and schools were over 25% of the students can't speak English (throughout the school district, not just primary classes).

This invasion is spreading and with it the propaganda pushing the belief that to say anything against it or to even acknowledge that it's happening would label you a racist, bigot, xenophobic etc.

How much anger has to build up before people will actually take action to push back? Where are all the activists that once spoke up and hit the streets? Some were hit hard and have the physical scars to prove it, and some just walked away. Even the TeaParty has been watered down.

They've divided us as a people by the color of our skin and promoted a foreign invasion and it seems no one wants to be the one to say "the country is standing naked" because the Emperor has new clothes and to say any different would be racist.
