Bridge to Utility Worker—PG&E periodically offers customized, short-term courses at local community colleges designed to strengthen participants’ candidacy for employment and add to their knowledge of the energy and utility industry.

Bridge to Utility Equipment Mechanic—Advanced-level training for candidates who have achieved journey-level status (or equivalent) in their respective fields. Intensive Bridge to Solar Water Heating Installer—The Solar Water Heating training program offers a combined curriculum in photovoltaic panel installation and residential water heater plumbing. All applicants must hold a valid California-issued Contractors State License Board (CSLB) class A, B, C-4, C36 or C46 license. That is an exclellent idea AG. I am not sure it can help anyone in LA County though. All the elected officials firmly behind making this a hispanic state, just like Art Torres said they will.
