This won't effect courts but it will effect hospitals , doc offices and many other businesses that were effected by this loony law.

Wow, yes, keep hunting down that link. This is good news. But the most important part of removing translation requirements is in government. Nowhere in the US should any part of government, local or otherwise, be spending taxpayer dollars on translation services, especially in print. It is especially offensive to see electioneering and voting materials printed in anything but English, when the most important part of being eligible for citizenship is being able to speak fluent English.
