So what will the Feds do, cut him lose so they do not tear the family apart? Caught 14 times and now with guns and many drugs. Put him in isolation for about 30 years sounds fair to me.

Having been to Wyoming a few times recently I can tell you that our Federal government has made all the illegals feel quite at home. They walk around just like they do here and police can't do anything about it.
Our Federal government has destroyed the USA. |

The article shows the media slant.
Francisco Javier Riveria-Hidalgo is headlined as a "Wyoming man", in the article he is outed as a 14 times deported resident of Mexico who happens to have control of two single family residences in Wyoming, with a combined total of 335 pounds of pot and over 5 pounds of coke. While it isn't explicitly mentioned, it may be true that the wife didn't know the true nature of Rivera-Hidalgo's money making activities.

Judge sets bond at $100,000 for Wyoming (Michigan) man
Judge sets bond at $100,000 for Wyoming man allegedly caught with 335 pounds of pot
John Agar The Grand Rapids Press March 01, 2010 http://www.mlive.com/news/grand-rapi...00000_for.html GRAND RAPIDS -- A judge this morning set bond at $100,000 for a Wyoming man accused of possessing 335 pounds of marijuana and five pounds of cocaine. Francisco Javier Rivera-Hidalgo was arrested Jan. 28 when Wyoming police and Metropolitan Enforcement Team searched his home at 1125 Rathbone St. SW, north of Chicago Drive, and another home. Police also confiscated $30,000, along with a Mossberg 20-gauge shotgun and a Taurus 9mm handgun, investigators said. Cory Howe, a special agent for the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, testified that the federal government would detain the suspect, believed to be in the country illegally, if he posts bond. He is a Mexican citizen who has been "voluntarily returned" to that country 14times between 1999 and 2001, authorities said. Police said the suspect's wife and children were in the home during the raid. Rivera-Hidalgo was before U.S. Magistrate Judge Joseph Scoville. If a grand jury indicts him, he will face a March 19 arraignment in U.S. District Court. Police said the drugs seized were valued at $500,000. |
