If immigration courts made it easier to prosecute and deport illegal immigrants, I would say I'm in favor. Perhaps such courts that acted with sufficient hostility to illegals and unworthy legals might be a temporary measure until the effect was felt accross the border.

Let's see if I've got this straight:
Bazillions for a 2000 page health care racket to be pushed through without scrutiny in a few days, and funding can't be found for a handful of immigration judges?
