Except "foreign born" and "native born" are not really a good summary of the US population nor do they circumscribe the problem. The really pathological problem are the anchor babies who falsely assume US citizenship and also the parasite "territories" where citizenship has been falsely dispensed outside of statehood. These all pervert the economy and its relationship with citizenship, which should come first and last.
