Of all places, why would she - a monied person - travel to, of all places, Lancaster California from Mexico to give birth? The next stop would be Boron or Trona. You'd think maybe La Jolla or the Napa Valley, but no. Antelope Valley.
On the other hand, where does accessory to crime stop? If she was shacking up with some meth manufacturer in Lucerne Valley, they would both be named, collared, and charged. But married to a Mexican Cartel boss and she skates in America.

Put the kid back where it came from and ship them back to Mexico!
As for Lucerne Valley, many good people live in that little area. I thought it was full of meth users and cookers also, but what a surprise and a happy one at that.
